From Stones to Plants: Rethinking Memorialization through Botany, AI, and Women’s Histories

This presentation examines the emergence of botanical forms of memorialization through a series of artistic projects addressing colonial legacies, botanical taxonomies, and the historical erasure of women from the fields of art, science, and ancestral knowledge.
